Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using BinHQ ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BinHQ is a warehouse management application that integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce to provide pick list generation, bin location management, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment workflows.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and picker PIN codes. You must not share admin credentials with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system or Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and downgrades your account to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of BinHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your store data only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use BinHQ to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

BinHQ's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
